The domain name “lenzio.com/in” (hereinafter collectively referred to as
the “Platform” or “Website”) is owned by the Lenzio. Your use of the
Platform is governed by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of
Use”) as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which
are incorporated herein by way of reference. You acknowledge and agree
that You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform
and by mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with Lenzio and
these terms and conditions, including the policies, constitute Your binding
obligations with Lenzio.

We provide you an opportunity to purchase Lenzio branded prescription and
fashion eyewear for men, women and kids (“Products”). Upon placing order,
Lenzio shall ship the Product to You and will be entitled to its payment for the
Product.
The Products as displayed in the Platform constitute an “invitation to offer”.
Your order or purchase of the displayed Product constitutes an “offer” which
shall be subject to this Terms of Use. Lenzio shall have the sole discretion to
accept or reject Your offer which cannot be contested by You.
Lenzio, attempts to accurately display the Product details and specifications to
the best of its knowledge. However, the colour visible to You is solely
dependent on Your monitor. The Lenzio does not provide any warranty or
guarantee that the Product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable,
current, or error-free. If a Product offered by the Platform is not as described,
your sole remedy is to return it in unused, unsoiled and resale condition.
2. Prescription Responsibility
For prescription eyewear:
1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription details.
2. We are not liable for incorrect prescriptions submitted by users.
3. If lenses are made based on incorrect data, refunds/exchanges may be
limited.
