A. Return Eligibility

We accept returns if:
1. Requested within 7days of delivery
2. Product is unused and in original packaging
3. Includes invoice and accessories

B. Non-Returnable Items

Typically excluded:
1. Prescription lenses (unless defective)
2. Customized eyewear
3. Accessories
4. Contact lenses (if opened)

C. Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a defective item:
1. Notify within 24 hours of delivery
2. Provide photos and videos of unboxing reflecting defects.
3. Replacement/refund subject to verification

D. Refund Process

1. Refunds processed within 10 business days
2. Original payment method used
3. Shipping charges may be non-refundable

E. Exchanges

If you receive a defective item:
Manufacturing defects as per terms of Damaged/ Defective Products.

F. Return Shipping

1. For products with Bifocals lens and Progressive lens fitted in them, cannot be returned.
2. Our courier partner will collect the order from the provided address. Shipping charges to return the product will be applicable.
